Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons favorite poultry seasoning
  • ¾ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot Five Alarm BBQ Sauce

Directions

Smoke the seasoned wings at 275°F until they reach approximately 165°F. During the final 20 minutes, brush lightly with Five Alarm BBQ Sauce and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 175°F. Rest briefly before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in pork shoulder (8–10 pounds)
  • ½ cup favorite pork seasoning

Directions

Smoke the seasoned pork shoulder at 225°F until it reaches about 165°F. Wrap and continue cooking until 200–205°F and probe tender. Rest for one hour, shred, and lightly toss with Five Alarm BBQ Sauce before serving.
