Firehouse Hot Baby Back Ribs

Classic baby back ribs get an extra kick with Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce. These ribs balance smoke, tenderness, and bold heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • ½ cup favorite pork seasoning
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce

Directions

Season the ribs and smoke at 225°F for about 3 hours. Wrap with apple juice, butter, and brown sugar and continue cooking until tender. During the final 20–30 minutes, lightly glaze with Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce and return to the smoker until the sauce sets. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.

Firehouse Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork belly, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons favorite pork seasoning
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce

Directions

Season the pork belly cubes and smoke at 225°F for about 3 hours. Transfer to a foil pan, add the brown sugar and Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce, cover, and continue cooking until the cubes reach 200–205°F and are tender. Uncover for the final 20 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize. Rest briefly before serving.
