These ribs combine championship barbecue technique with the intense heat of Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot Five Alarm BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • ½ cup favorite pork seasoning
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot Five Alarm BBQ Sauce

Directions

Smoke the ribs at 225°F for approximately 3 hours. Wrap with apple juice, butter, and brown sugar and continue cooking until tender. During the final 20–30 minutes, glaze lightly with Five Alarm BBQ Sauce and return to the smoker until the sauce sets.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork belly, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons favorite pork seasoning
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot Five Alarm BBQ Sauce

Directions

Smoke the pork belly cubes for approximately 3 hours. Transfer to a foil pan with brown sugar and Five Alarm BBQ Sauce, cover, and continue cooking until tender. Remove the cover for the final 20 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
