  • 1 boneless turkey breast (4–6 pounds)
  • 3 tablespoons favorite poultry seasoning

Directions

Preheat the smoker to 275°F. Season the turkey breast evenly and smoke until it reaches about 145°F. Brush lightly with Five Alarm BBQ Sauce during the final 20–30 minutes and continue cooking until the thickest part reaches 165°F. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
